To some, learning yoga in Rishikesh is a dream and you don’t want to make a huge investment in a place that doesn’t call you. Choosing a good school among hundreds is of course challenging. Different schools have a varied program fee for the same training. Almost all provide accommodation and meals included in the program fee. They all have 3 - 4 teachers with a broad knowledge and experience described generously. You can find reviews that may confuse you more. Some people have really good experience while others have really bad experience at the same place. So, how to choose a good yoga school? Following your intuition mostly works but sometimes confusion is so loud that you can’t hear what your heart says. If you get stressed, take a few deep breaths. Sit in a meditative position, take at least five deep breaths. Lie down and allow your body to relax. Relax each part of the body one by one. Listening to a meditative music while relaxing the body is ideal. This practice allows your mind and body to rest. After the practice, you can start by short listing and emailing about your queries if you need to.
