This two week Yoga Immersion Retreat builds the practical foundation to learn yoga in a systematic way for beginners who want to establish a daily home practice. Intermediate students who have been doing yoga but not established well enough in their practice, can equally benefit from this course.
Senior citizens or students who are not comfortable practicing yoga in regular city classes find this retreat a perfect opportunity to explore their body, breath, and mind in a safe environs. We welcome all students and customize the classes to their abilities and needs. This retreat covers daily practice of meditation, two yoga sessions, and one theory class. The 3-4 hours/day of free time in the afternoon allows you to relax, go for a walk in mother nature, or read inspiring books for self reflection. We also offer Private Coaching or consultations with our expert teachers during this afternoon break.

After completion of Pranayama retreat with us, you can serve people as lifestyle coach and assist yourself, friends, family, relatives and thousands of other people benefit with the ancient breath techniques. You can also work in a yoga studio as instructor for the Pranayama class
Taught from traditional, technical and scientific perspective, our Pranayama retreat offers proper understanding of Pranayamic practices and prepares students to teach Pranayama in both private and group settings. The participants become capable of identifying breathing patterns, engaging bandhas in pranayama practice, using props to support breath work. This training helps to awaken latent potential energy within practitioners. By learning to channel the breath, we develop a deeper connection with our own life energy and a sense of discernment . Alongside, you will develop flexible and steady body with improved immune system.

8.30 am –9.30am - Pranayama
3.00 pm- 4.00 pm - Interactive session on healing the wounds
4.00pm – 5.00 pm - Deep immersion in Yoga Nidra to release emotional wounds
Who Can Join Pranayama Teacher Training
If you are applying for our Instensive Pranayama Course, it will be highly appreciated if you have the following:
• At least 200, preferably 500 hour yoga certification.
• Ability to perform (preferably teach) Asanas in traditional way
• Basic familiarity with essential yogic texts
• Ability to sit in one meditative pose for minimum of 30-40 minutes.
