Yoganga Healing Rishikesh provides Pranayama practice and teaching to students having 200, 500 or more hours of yogic education. Participants are expected to be yoga practitioners who have basic knowledge of Pranayama, the conscious yogic breathing technique.
Taught from traditional, technical and scientific perspective, our Pranayama retreat offers proper understanding of Pranayamic practices and prepares students to teach Pranayama in both private and group settings. The participants become capable of identifying breathing patterns, engaging bandhas in pranayama practice and using props to support breath work.
This training helps to awaken latent potential energy within practitioners. By learning to channel the breath, we develop a deeper connection with our own life energy and a sense of discernment. You will also develop a flexible and steady body with an improved immune system.
After completion of Pranayama retreat with us, you can serve people as a lifestyle coach and assist yourself, friends, family, relatives and thousands of other people with these ancient breath techniques. You can also work in a yoga studio as instructor for Pranayama classes.

Who Can Join Pranayama Teacher Training
If you are applying for our Intensive Pranayama Course, it is highly recommended that you have the following:
• At least 200, preferably 500 hour yoga certification.
• Ability to perform (preferably teach) Asanas in traditional way
• Basic familiarity with essential yogic texts
• Ability to sit in one meditative pose for a minimum of 30-40 minutes.
This course is designed for yogis, yoga practitioners and yoga instructors, this program is open to acupuncturists, massage therapists, bodywork practitioners, and anyone interested in practicing and learning more about Pranayama. You can also consider joining our Pranayama TTC if you have experienced yoga and its benefits but have been unable to practice asanas due to physical conditions.
