Releasing stress and living in harmony
We live in a very demanding and stressful world, this takes a toll on our health and wellness. To undo the effects from this stressful living, ancient yogis have developed a powerful system of healing. When we fully connect to the present moment, the stresses of life melt and we feel calm and focused. This workshop focuses on hatha yoga asanas, pranayama, deep relaxation exercises such as yoga nidra, and applied philosophy. These practices will help one to remove negative emotions to live a happy and healthy life.
Healing the Wounds
Life throws us challenges every moment, and in the process we either win, lose or get wounded. Unfortunately, these wounds are pushed deep into the unconscious and forgotten about. They create emotional blockages, which must be released in order to live a more healthy and happy life. Sunil utilizes a variety of yogic techniques to help purify and clean the gross physical, pranic, and emotional body.
Free your breath
The breath is so essential to us that breath and life becomes synonymous. Unfortunately, this autonomic process is taken for granted we never bother to pay any attention to it. During this session, you will explore actions and reactions between the breath, body, mind, emotions and spirit. When we breath in a conscious manner, the chattering mind becomes passive, and we have direct aspects to higher levels of consciousness.
